ARTE Music Academy

ARTE Music Academy was founded in September 2002 by Pitsa Spyridaki and is recognized as the first Higher Education Music School in Cyprus, exclusively dedicated to music studies. The Academy offers a four-year accredited programme certified by SEKAP (Greek Council of Musicians) and recognized by DIPAE, leading to a Bachelor's Degree in Music. Its curriculum combines academic, theoretical, and instrumental training, with studies in instrumental performance, music theory and analysis, composition, and pedagogy. Students engage with classical repertoire, contemporary music, and opera. With small class sizes, the Academy fosters close mentorship and a strong community spirit. Students participate in concerts, recitals, masterclasses with international artists, and national and international competitions. The Academy participates in the Erasmus+ Programme, enabling student mobility across Europe. Graduates pursue careers as music educators, performers, composers, orchestra members, and conservatory directors in Cyprus and abroad, or continue to Master's and Doctoral programmes at prestigious universities internationally. The Academy is located at Anastasiou Leventi 34–36, Nicosia 1097, Cyprus.
