BSP Business and Law School – University for Management and Law is a private, state-recognised higher education institution in Berlin, Germany. Founded as Business School Potsdam, the institution has evolved into a multi-campus university with locations in Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, and Düsseldorf. BSP offers bachelor's and master's degree programs as well as the state examination in law (Staatsexamen) across faculties covering Business and Management, Applied Sport Sciences and Personality, Creative Business, and Law. Programs are practice-oriented and NC-free. The institution is institutionally accredited by the Wissenschaftsrat (most recently in 2022) and its programs are accredited by AHPGS. Teaching takes place in German and English.

Tuition is paid monthly. Bachelor programs (BWL, Communication & Media Management, International Business Administration): €650/month. Business Administration Master (English, 90 CP): €690/month. Rechtswissenschaft (Staatsexamen): €1,050/month (Semesters 1–8), plus a one-time application fee of €60 and enrollment fee of €100. Fees vary by program.
