Fakulteta za komercialne in poslovne vede (FKPV) is one of the larger private higher education institutions in Slovenia, headquartered in Celje at Lava 7. Founded over 20 years ago, FKPV has educated more than 6,200 graduates across undergraduate, master's and doctoral programs in business sciences. All study programs are publicly valid and accredited by NAKVIS (the Slovenian Accreditation and Quality Assurance Agency). The main campus in Celje offers more than 1,600 m² of facilities including 12 classrooms, 3 computer labs with 60 computers, a library with reading room, and modern IT infrastructure. FKPV operates 6 study units in Slovenia (Celje, Ljubljana, Maribor, Nova Gorica, Murska Sobota, Slovenj Gradec) and one in Salzburg, Austria. Study is designed for working students and is offered in part-time, hybrid and distance-learning formats, with lectures typically twice per week in the afternoon (16:30–19:45). Programs include: undergraduate Poslovne vede I (5 specialisations), master's Poslovne vede II (4 specialisations) and doctoral Poslovne vede III (3 specialisations). Students can participate in Erasmus+ mobility for study and internships. FKPV also has an active research institute, organises international scientific conferences and publishes an academic journal.
