Grigore T. Popa University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Iași

Founded in 1879 as a faculty of medicine, the Grigore T. Popa University of Medicine and Pharmacy is one of Romania's oldest educational institutions. Named in honor of the scientist Grigore T. Popa, the university has evolved into a comprehensive medical hub featuring faculties of Medicine, Dental Medicine, Pharmacy, and Medical Bioengineering.
