International Vision University (IVU) is a private university in Gostivar, North Macedonia, founded following a government decision on 7 October 2014. Its homepage lists the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, Faculty of Social Sciences, Faculty of Law, and Faculty of Health Sciences. The latter advertises Nursing, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy, and Applied Clinical Health Sciences, combining theoretical education with laboratory learning, simulation and supervised practice. Programmes are offered in Macedonian, English and Turkish; applicants must meet the requirements of their selected programme and complete the compulsory university entrance examination or level-determination assessment. IVU has participated in Erasmus+ since 2017. Its International Office coordinates academic partnerships and mobility, and international students can obtain support with applicable visa and temporary residence procedures.
