İzmir Kâtip Çelebi Üniversitesi (İKÇÜ) is a public research university located in İzmir, Turkey, established in 2010. It comprises 14 faculties including Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Engineering and Architecture, Law, and Theology, along with 3 graduate institutes and numerous research and application centers. In 2026, the university received full institutional accreditation (Tam Akreditasyon) for 5 years from the Higher Education Quality Council of Turkey (YÖKAK). The university is active in Erasmus+ and international academic partnerships.
