TU Clausthal is a research-intensive public university in the Harz region of Lower Saxony, Germany. With around 3,000 students (approximately 50% international) from over 100 countries, it offers programs in engineering, natural sciences, mathematics, computer science, and economics. Its thematic focus is Circular Economy, covering resource-efficient recycling, sustainable materials, renewable energies, and digital transformation. Semester fee of 242 EUR per semester (150 EUR student services + 75 EUR administration + 17 EUR student union). No tuition fees beyond the semester contribution for standard degree programs. A long-term study fee of 500 EUR per semester applies after the standard study period. Continuing education programs may charge additional fees.
