University of Hildesheim

The University of Hildesheim (Stiftung Universität Hildesheim) is a public foundation university in Hildesheim, Lower Saxony, Germany. It offers study programmes in its four departments covering Educational and Social Sciences, Cultural Sciences and Aesthetic Communication, Linguistics and Information Sciences, and Mathematics, Natural Sciences and Business Informatics. Academic training is characterised by the close connection between theory and practice – the so-called Hildesheim Model – and strong regional, national and international partnerships.
