St. Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (SPbGASU) is a federal state public university in Saint Petersburg, Russia, founded by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. The university offers undergraduate (bachelor's and specialist's), master's, and PhD programs across faculties covering architecture, civil engineering, environmental engineering and municipal services, automobile and road building, economics and management, and forensics and law. SPbGASU is ranked 48th among Russian universities by RAEX (2024) and is the only Russian university represented in the QS World University Rankings by Subject for Architecture and Built Environment (151–200 range).
